Click “ Start Now “
Complete application form and make the £6.12 payment
You will then have to show your ID to Adam Haniver – Please contact him on 07825684196 or aha@ccb.ac.uk
Once this is complete your application is reviewed and the Coach will receive his/her certificate
Send the Certificate to Lynette Mayo at England Boxing, EIS Sheffield, Coleridge Road, Sheffield, S9 5DA and include a self-addressed stamped envelope back to yourself so the certificate can be returned back to you
